Marketing In MSCRM 2011





Marketing is all about promoting a product/service through campaings and make the customers buy it.

Campaign vs Quick Campaign
Campaign is the end-end marketing process which is done manually and consumes considerable amount of time. It involves the following steps:
·         Tracking customer details, creating reports, analyzing and creating marketing lists (list of potential customers)
·         Organizing a campaign team and determining the budget for the campaign
·         Launching the campaign activities that include, conducting events, making phone calls, sending emails, flyers etc to the potential customers
Whereas, quick campaign is an automated process through which a single activity is distributed to accounts, contacts, leads or a single marketing list.
